adecco is hiring immediately for a customer relations and sales support representative at our client site in westbrook, me.csr representatives do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility.
this position is responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications that support the customer service and order fulfillment function coupled with the sales cultivation function. as a member of the customer service team front line, you are instrumental in ensuring the customer experience in addressing that all inbound inquiries (placing orders, product questions, technical support, etc.) are handled to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. in addition, this position coordinates with sales to proactively communicate with target customers to introduce new products, conduct sample product and promotional campaign follow up, and improve order processing efficiency by coordinating with customer procurement.
