we are looking for dedicated care assistants to join our team supporting and caring for adults within their own homes, in farnham and the surrounding areas.
the role of a care assistant is a special one. you will be required to carry out personal tasks of assistance and support, aiding our service users to maintain their indepence, in a discreet and understanding manner. the role is very varied, dealing with a range of support needs - always with the aim of providing the most safe, caring and effective outcomes for those we visit.
previous experience is an advantage but not essential - we are keen to recruit the right individuals who have the right values, attitude and a genuine desire to support service users to be as independent as possible.
you must be flexible, reliable and of a kind and caring nature. we have a variety of shifts available, please just get in touch and have a chat about what you're looking for!

full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
