our mitcham branch is currently seeking a customer focused and personable branch administrator to support our service delivery.

as the branch administrator, you will be responsible for:

supporting the service manager and service team leaders whilst contributing to the development of an efficient service center environment

maintaining accurate customer and service records

answering calls from our service drivers, helpdesk, sales team and customers and helping to resolve issues

working as part of the overall service support team to ensure all work is completed to the required deadlines

communicating relevant data to the service center management team

a range of general administrative tasks including processing invoices for payment, ordering of goods and issuing equipment to drivers

requirements

we are looking for you to hold the following attributes:

possess previous administrative experience with good it skills

be versatile; both a good team player and able to use own initiative whilst under pressure

hold a professional and confident telephone manner with a strong ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external touch-points

a basic salary of gbp19,728
