Chef - united kingdom, east dulwich, london

we are looking for a chef to work thursday and friday evenings along with two other weekday days making it a 4 day a week role. there would be the occasional sunday as well to work. the evening shifts will require the candidate to do prep before the service starts around 5/6pm. it is a menu of small plates and we are looking for someone to work with our other chef to provide a good service. there is some washing up to do in the role.

the daytime shift is mainly helping the other chef on duty on the pass. there is prep to the role as well. we have a busy brunch/lunch shift and we are looking for someone who is organised and able to present the food well before its taken to the customer.
