we are looking for a passionate waiter wanting to work in a michelin starred restaurant. as the waiter you will be working as part of small team of 3 offering guests the very best of service and care. this michelin starred restaurant is open to residents and non-residents so caterers for a wide range of discerning clients with many regular patrons. service for guests covers lunch and dinner wednesday to saturday therefore the team has set days off each week. there are also set closure periods to allow for staff holidays.

a luxury 4aa red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a michelin star the other 2aa rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.

the ideal waiter will have the following:
