we are looking for a passionate restaurant manager wanting to work in a michelin starred restaurant. as restaurant manager in this small but unique setting you will be responsible for managing a full-time team of 4 to deliver outstanding standards of service. we are seeking someone with passion for food, quality wine knowledge and service who will inspire and drive standards to great heights. someone who possesses excellent team management and organisation skills to get the best out of the team. michelin star experience is a definite advantage.

a luxury 4aa red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a michelin star the other 2aa rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.
