this position performs client support, education, and pc system troubleshooting for the hospital enterprise. will utilize hardware and software tools; performs hardware and software diagnostics to resolve problems and identify issues for appropriate escalation. also responsible for the removal of all old computer-related equipment as part of upgrade process throughout local campus following our sop to include removal of internal components for recycling/reuse, as necessary. may assist with managing and evaluating all aspects of the server/system architecture to ensure optimal network reliability, security, and data integrity inter-operability with third-party systems and applications.
