adecco has once again teamed up with one of our top global clients and they are looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, professional, oe accounts specialist.

this person is a will monitors oe accounts to ensure collectability and application ensures implementation of corporate-wide cash application and credit policy for oe cash application staff on oe policies and procedures. oversees and delegates work, updating and tracking oe accounts.

key responsibilities:

responsible for accounting oe accounts to receivables, credit and collections, works with ar/credit associates and administrators, cross-train and coaching oe credit associates and administrators.

professional level position with impact on business-based decision making

individual contributor

follow-up training with ahq staff on oe accounts; follow-up on being trained on large corporate accounts

salary: $65k range

core competencies

proficient in microsoft excel

knowledge of sap

cash application experience related to oe account applications

deduction resolution experience related to oe account applications

qualifications

bachelor's degree required; preferred  business administration, accounting, finance or similar

at least 5 to 10 years in accounting or finance preferred

general knowledge of accounting 

primarily 8-5 but weekends and evenings as needed/required
