Cnc machine operator 2nd shift - united states, gainesville

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a cnc operator job in gainesville, ga.  this is a temp to hire opportunity. 

schedule: m-f 2:30pm-11pm

pay: $17.25-$23.18

job duties:

produces parts according to standard work procedures at respective work stations in accordance with bill of material, control plans, or work instructions.

set up and operate cnc machine centers and/or material handling equipment (overhead cranes, lift assists, etc) safely and effectively.

understand x, y, and z axis centerline pick up (as applicable).

set up and adjust tools and/or make tool offsets as needed to ensure accurate machining.

qualifications:

high school diploma or ged required

2+ years cnc machining experience including set up and tool offset adjustments

ability to read blueprints and/or engineering drawings

english language competency required
