wildfire, scottish steakhouse and seafood restaurant in rose street edinburgh, established since 2003. we are a small independent restaurant with full of energy, enthusiasm and fun loving working environment. wildfire is a highly rated independent scottish steak and seafood restaurant, specialising in top quality aberdeen angus steaks and locally sourced seafood restaurant. we are now looking for a full time chef de partie who is fully professional about the job, also passionate about great food and would like to progress career further in the food industry.

the job will involve:

all types of food preparation from basic soups, sauce, salads, preparations to home-made desserts.

responsible for all starters and desserts during busy period of service as well as helping chef.

all aspects of kitchen hygiene, stocking, ordering.

the ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role and enjoy being part of a small committed, hands-on team although in house training will be provided to learn wildfire way.
