hourly pay rate while working in this role is $ $25.65/hr.

    the ideal candidate must be able to:

  • plan furniture installs and deinstalls at terminal locations.
  • develop furniture designs/layouts to meet facility staffing needs.
  • source out-of-state contractors to install/deinstall furniture, manage contractor, and provide direction, as needed.
  • plan, schedule and manage large-scale, signage project. seek multiple department input throughout the project.
  • provide coordination between signage vendor, properties dept, change management and terminal management.
  • coordinate installs/de-installs with signage vendor for multiple field terminal locations.
  • obtain signage proofs from vendor and seek approval from appropriate departments
  • track project details for each signage and furniture install and de-install.
  • complete projects on time and within budget guidelines to ensure company and project objectives are achieved.
  • procure furniture, determine finish specifications and make equipment purchase decisions. work with manufacturers on specifications, warranties, and pricing,
  • additional properties related tasks, as needed. to include, but not limited to, addressing maintenance requests, scheduling contractors, processing invoices, executing contracts and purchase orders
  • education/certification requirements:

    bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. (interior design or interior architecture degree preferred)

    experience requirements:

  • at least two years’ experience in furniture
  • at least two years’ experience managing projects.
  • proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • proficient in microsoft office programs
  • experience with autocad
  •
