care team leader requirements:

previous experience working as a senior healthcare assistant or higher

all applicants must hold the nvq level 3 or diploma level 3 in health and social care

a keen interest to work within learning disabilities/mental health

support and assist residents with all needs and activities of daily life

provide personal care

good communication and interpersonal skills
