experienced domestic housekeeper / cleaner required for a weekly 3-4 hour domestic clean for a family of five (plus a dog), although this position may lead to additional work in a second property. this role would suit a housekeeper with existing clients.

you will ideally have a background in hospitality, with excellent attention to detail: cleaning and re-setting rooms to hotel standards.

weekly duties include:

vacuuming and cleaning carpeted and tiled floors
dusting
toilet and bathroom cleaning (3 bathrooms)
changing bed linen
laundry / folding clothes
resetting kitchen
emptying bins

the property is a four-bedroom house situated in beaulieu park, chelmsford and is kept generally clean and tidy throughout the week. pay is negotiable dependent on experience, but guide rate is £15-16 p/h. cumulative holiday pay is also offered with this position.
