we are currently recruiting for a pastry chef to drive the team, bringing vision and depth of knowledge to the existing dessert offering. the pastry chef will be passionate about using seasonal, local produce to produce pastry dishes to the highest standard.

our client is a stunning michelin star, 4 aa rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the surrey hills in dorking. the restaurant has won multiple awards and is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.

the perks

the pastry chef will receive:

a competitive salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experienceexcellent benefits fantastic development opportunities in a michelin star environmentevery sunday and monday as your days offthe person

the pastry chef will have:

solid experience as a pastry chef in a fine dining environment, ideally at multi rosette and / or michelin star levela real passion for pastry to produce high quality menus with style and imaginationthe ability to run the pastry sectionhigh standards of food hygieneas the restaurant is located in dorking, either living locally or having reliable means of transport to the area is essential.this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pastry chef to join the brigade at this award winning restaurant!
