responsibilities for the material specialist position include but are not limited to:

monitor emails & order screens

load/unload trucks w/ pallet jack

may use hydraulic cart and/or forklift

answering calls from customers (excellent communication skills needed)

responding to customer emails in a professional manner

process orders utilizing wabtec’s processing system

safety

order fulfilment

inventory management

cycle counting

shipping and receiving

record keeping

mhe operations

computer operations

housekeeping

shift:

(2nd/3rd shift):  fri & sat 9pm-5:30am; tues-thurs 1pm-9:30pm; sun & mon off

qualifications:

microsoft office and preferably oracle (wabtec will train on oracle if need be)
