Storeroom attendant - united states, greenville (mississippi)

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a storeroom attendant position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  corinth, ms  (local candidates only)

pay: $14.00/hr

length: six (6) months with the possibility of extension/conversion

shift:  3rd shift mon – fri, 9p – 5a, training during 1st shift 7a-3p

 

note:  this is an onsite position. no other options are available.

 

responsibilities for this storeroom attendant position include but are not limited to:   

 

unloads, receives, and puts away incoming product, goods, tools, and/or equipment

unpacks bales, crates, and other containers

checks for damage and/or discrepancies between goods and invoices

accurately sorts, labels, moves, and stores items

issues product, goods, tools, and/or equipment to site employees

requests to replenish inventory
 

qualifications for this storeroom attendant position:

 

3+ months of relevant experience and/or training

high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

warehouse experience

basic computer knowledge

basic math skills

strong communication and customer service skills

demonstrates strong attention to detail

ability to lift up to 40lbs

ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, climb and balance

valid dl required
