the customer service advisor will be based within a customer facing role at one of their wilmslow building society's. you will be responsible for handling customer s money and opening accounts on behalf of the building society. the ideal candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to all customers and contribute to the growth of the business by retention, new money and leveraging customer relationships to generate leads.

the role:

to develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all products.

deliver exceptional customer service ensuring the needs of the consumer are adhered too.

always look for ways to enhance the customer experience by challenging current practices to simplify and improve the overall customer experience.

look way ways to develop potential new business opportunities.

play an active role in the wider organisation.

identify and deliver the most appropiate and ethical solution for potentially vulnerable customers.

consistently adhere to regular training and competancy framework.

skills and experience:

the package:

gbp20,000 - gbp22,000 salary

monday to friday 9 - 4.30 and every other saturday 9-12
