adecco is recruiting for an administrative assistant in atlanta, ga.
receptionist duties required: ensure visitors sign in/out on completer on site visitor requirements.
answer phones and route to appropriate staff
create meeting agendas and take notes
prepare purchase orders; matching invoices with receipts
order office supplies
receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
maintain filing system
support hr and safety team
assemble marketing packets
coordinate business lunches and company events
skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to multi task
strong organizational skill with attention to detail
ms office suite (advanced preferred)
willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
7am-3:30pm; monday-friday
$20/hour; increase to $21/hour after successfully completing 30 days.
weekly pay; every friday
benefits immediately offered (medical, dental and vision)
eligible for hire after 90 days!
