Enrollment billing representative - united states, las vegas (new mexico)

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an enrollment eligibility rep position located in las vegas, nv (89128).

 

length: 3+ months

pay: $19.00 per hour

shift/hours: monday – friday 8am to 5pm

 

this project exists to support and backfill for forecasted increase transaction processing related to q4 open enrollment functions. candidates will work together as part of a team to support multiple functions in our department including data-entry of transactions, providing customer service via e-mail and phone, and resolving customer issues in our eligibility and billing system.
 

data entry of enrollment/billing/broker commissions transactions

e-mail and phone-based customer support

administrative duties including compiling, classifying, recording, verifying, and maintaining data

review and resolution of light to moderately complex enrollment, billing, commissions issues
