must have:
job responsibilities
• serve as company’s subject matter expert for the workday system with a focus on workday system integrations and configuration of workday solutions
• understand client business requirements
• responsible for the successful operation of workday, kronos and glint
• manage the workday, mercer and kronos relationships
• complete integration work
• manage workday projects
• three hris analysts will report to this position
• possibility of 5-10% travel
• ability to work remote up to 40-60% of the time
qualifications
• bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information technology, hr or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in working in and managing hris systems
• experience developing integrations for workday and third party systems required
• passion for customer service
• demonstrated project management experience
• functional and technical experience
• excellent verbal and written communication
• business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• an understanding of all aspects of workday pay cycle to effectively assist with testing end-to-end functionality
