shift pattern: x3 waking nights per week (21:45 - 07:30)

do i need previous experience? no; at dimensions, we'll support - and fund - you in achieving your dream of becoming an exceptional support worker

the role

as our newest female waking nights team member, you'll be responsible for supporting five elderly people with learning disabilities and/or autism in their own home throughout the night by:

proactively carrying out "keeping safe checks" at regular intervals throughout the night to ensure the people we support are safe and comfortable

ensuring their environments are clean and sanitary

providing them with personalised emotional support and reassurance

presenting bespoke, attentive prompting, personal care, mobility assistance, and mealtime support as/when required.

empowering and encouraging them to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live. you'll achieve this by being sincerely and enthusiastically engaged in every aspect of their lives - day or night

maintaining written records using it systems (including but not limited to personalised support plans, incident logs and h&s records)
