Junior systems analyst - united states, durham

adecco is hiring a systems analyst position in the durham, nc area! pay rate is dependent upon experience.

job duties –

responsible for developing and maintaining tools/processes to optimize work efficiency within the function and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

supporting the maintenance and further development of primary tools used by the function to manage their actives.

data quality auditing.

process development and mapping.

implementing solutions using various tools.

support the development and maintenance of functional metrics, kpi’s, reporting and dashboarding to track performance and provide information to stakeholders.

assist in auditing data.

requirements –

b.s. in business administration, management of information systems, or a relevant biological field – preferred but not required.

advanced use of ms office 365 suite, excel, word, outlook, powerpoint, microsoft teams & sharepoint is required.

intermediate to advance use of smartsheet is strongly desired.

experience in work flow design and/or process mapping – desired experience.

knowledge of project management principles.
