On-site customer service representatives - united states, pittsburgh

adecco staffing is sourcing for 14 on site customer service representatives in the cumberland, rhode island (02864) area. 1st shift schedule. $17.88 per hour

the customer service representative will be assisting medicare member  enrollments and various other requests

primary responsibilities include:

process all updated and new medicare documentation

ensure all documents and other details are routed to the correct area for processing

complete all assigned enrollment tasks in a timely manner

experience required:

1 year of customer service and call center

familiar with microsoft office

excellent attention to detail

work onsite m-f 6:00am to 2:30pm or 7-3:30

high school diploma or ged equivalent - required
