this is an onsite position at our client.

we are looking for high energy, positive people to join our awesome team as a  handwork/scanning associate for second shift. you will work in a safe and organized printing, inserting, and metering production environment producing high-quality finished products.

primary responsibilities:

assist in operation by handling mail that cannot be processed using machinery

 stuff envelopes, assemble mailings

 assist with metering

 assist in scanning department

 receive, sort, and scan incoming mail and client documents

 assign scanned documents to appropriate digital department depending on client's requirements

 collaborate daily with the scanning manager and digital mailroom client project manager on client requests.

 support the onboarding of new projects.

 follow the standard operating procedures (sops) for each client
