about us

- an independent fine-dining restaurant in the heart of spitalfields, specialising in seasonal, local ingredients

- operating 7 days a week, breakfast, lunch & dinner (no dinner shift on sunday)

- rooms for private hire available, with up to 30 guests for a sit down meal. 15% service charge applied to private bookings

- 100% service charge shared amongst staff

- closed at christmas

- work week is 45-50 hrs a week, no split shifts. work/life balance is important to us

what we are looking for

- someone who wants to further their career, and have fun doing it

- ideally 1-2 years experience in a restaurant kitchen, in a similar role

- role includes a little bit of everything, inc. butchery, pastry, making stocks & running the grill

- reliability & punctuality are a must

- pay is subject to experience. starting salary £28k-£32k inc. tronc
