Assembly operator - 2nd shift - united states, everett

this position require candidates to work with small parts, soldering, and using microscopes. assemblers perform manual and machine assisted assembly procedures to build and verify several types of sub-assemblies and components. if you meet the qualifications listed below – apply now! 

responsibilities:

  • small part assembly using a microscope extensively for assembly and inspection of some products
  • prepare, process, wind, clean, assemble, calibrate, test, solder and inspect various types of small assemblies.
  • work from prints, drawings, method sheets, diagrams, or other specifications in accordance with established assembly procedures.
  • set-up and operate production equipment to support production goals
  • collect data from production processes, apply basic mathematical and statistical knowledge to collected data to monitor productivity and quality measures
  • soldering copper piping and circuits 
  • report defective material or questionable condition to department supervisor
  • maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition 
  • perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • qualifications:

  • ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • good hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills performing repetitive motions
  • will involve exposure to chemicals, solvents, and solder smoke. safety glasses are required and supplied
  • able to lift to 40lbs
  • able to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • stand and sitting are required
  • must be able to successfully complete a client specific background check
     
  • what's in this for you? 

  • pay rates are $17-$20 (doe) per hour, plus overtime as needed
  • monday-thursday: 3:30pm-2:00am
  • weekly pay – you receive a paycheck every week
