Concrete engineer - united kingdom, huntingdon, cambridgeshire
we are currently recruiting for concrete inspection engineers on behalf of an established technical services client; specialising in the investigation, testing and resolution of building fabric defects across the uk.
you will be responsible for the completion of investigations, testing and repairs of buildings in order to ascertain the cause, extent and resolution of defects.
you will also be responsible for the compilation of inspection reports including the recommendation of repair and correction of defects.
the ideal candidate will have extensive concrete testing, inspection and repair experience preferably from a civil engineering background although this is not essential.
you will be trained to abseil therefore the ideal candidate must be comfortable working at heights.
we are looking for the next candidate to progress quickly in to more of a senior role.
our client will provide all necessary training as well as free transport, meals and accommodation when working away.
the client is seeking a professional, flexible and driven candidate to join the existing team. the ideal candidate will be a driven and passionate individual in order to progress accordingly within the company long term.
8am-4pm. 37.5 hours per week not including travel. immediate start upon successful completion of interview.
due to the niche nature of the role our client is happy to negotiate salary dependent on experience.
