the primary role of the account development manager is to look after a portfolio of clients, providing a high level of service and managing their relationship with the group, with a view to growing the business.

the account development manager will devise key strategies to generate maximum return within our current client base and newly acquired accounts.

working closely with internal teams, the account development manager is required to gain an understanding of both internal and external client needs, successfully managing their expectations to ensure all contacts result in a positive experience.
