as head of sales for in-sync digitial you'll help develop and implement business strategy whilst actively pursuing new business for the group, enabling our continued successful growth. you'll work closely with other key stakeholders in the business.

what's involved in this head of sales role:

be actively involved in building the annual sales and financial targetsthoroughly understand all the products sold within the groupunderstand the in-sync group channel partners strategy, how it works, and the benefits it brings to the groupcommunicate across the group to keep everyone up to date with the status of salespresent weekly progress reports and ensure data is accuratework with the partners to create and implement the business strategy for in-sync digitaldeeply understand the client's needs and their expectationsdevelop and prepare the client pitch and closing sale strategy for in-sync digitalprovide feedback to management of potential improvements to existing procedures and scriptingwork effectively with other departments within the group to maintain excellent standards of serviceeffectively manage the business development team memberswe welcome applications for this head of sales position from candidates with experience in the following areas: account management, business development, bdm, sales, relationship building, field sales, b2b, finance.
