we are a 2 house family and are keen to find someone who has the flexibility to work for us in both houses. we have used our london address as the location for this job as it is our primary location. this is a contract job, with vacation, pension, national insurance etc.

laundry - including sorting and handwashing of delicate items
really organised and good at sorting drawers and cupboards, and keeping house deep-down tidy
put rubbish out and sort recycling
making beds
daily for parents
regularly preparing rooms for guests - changing linens, setting out towelling, putting out flowers etc
changing bed linens and towels for the whole family weekly
laundering/ironing
polishing silver and furniture, and dusting pictures carefully
cleaning inside windows and overseeing external window cleaners
answering the door and taking deliveries
keeping patios and outside areas clean
dealing with tradesmen, suppliers and contractors
putting away groceries from online deliveries
comfortable with dogs and cats
taking care of household plants

cat-sitter
dog-walking (if our dog-walker is sick)
availability for house sitting/pet sitting when we are on holiday and weekends would be a bonus, but not essential
