Registered care home manager - united kingdom, lewes, east sussex
registered manager required for a small residential care home in lewes. level 5 and experience is essential. candidate will have full responsibility for the smooth running of the home and have experience of leading inspections.
candidate will ensure all paperwork, care plans and policies etc are up to date and reviewed.
position will include on call duties shared with the deputy manager. candidate will have experience of leading a team and being an excellent role model and ensuring excellent care for our service users.
we are looking for a dedicated and self motivated person to join our team.
