Supervisors & bar staff needed urgent for busy north london pub - united kingdom, southgate, london

bar staff required for busy north london gastro pub. both full and part-time jobs available.

as a supervisor, you'll:

have the ability to lead a team
be responsible for cash reconciliation and locking up
be responsible for opening up and setting up the bar
be proficient with res diary, s4 labour, google doc etc or be a quick learner!
have previous experience working in high volume bars
be excellent at multi-tasking whilst keeping our guests at the front of their mind at all times
ensure smooth and efficent service all the time
be able to delegate and achieve results

as a bartender or waiter, you'll;

be proactive a team player and the best support to the bar team
check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
to prepare all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards and consistency
a great knowledge and passion for all things cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
be impeccably presented and possess excellent command of english
provide rockstar service to all our guests all of the time
ensure a smooth and efficient operation
