Fabrication shipping clerk - united states, janesville

adecco is currently hiring for a client in janesville, wi for a 1st shift fabrication shipping clerk role. this can be a temp to hire role! pay starts at $17.50/hr.

job duties include:

accurately pull customer orders and process for shipment

correctly identify products

package and process orders through ups computer system

help direct work flows to meet shipping schedules

track order information into dispatch system for reporting

preparation of final shipping documents, bills of lading and any export paperwork

assist fabrication manager in shipping operations

serve as liaison to customer service for order information

coordination with freight lines on completed or scheduled orders

ability to follow timelines and schedules

ability to work as and contribute to being a team

qualifications include:

previous shipping clerk experience a plus

forklift experience a plus

ability to lift 50lbs

hsd/ged

ability to work 5:30am-2pm with overtime as needed
