our client is currently looking to recruit, a full time enthusiastic and self-motivated graduate social media executive for their birmingham academy.

our client is a training academy specialising in teaching hairdressing apprenticeships. they offer work based, paid learning alongside regular training sessions. they have been recently celebrating outstanding grade 1’s from their ofsted inspection.

about the role:

this is an apprenticeship position and includes the day-to-day administration of all learner programme paperwork inclusive of apprenticeships, study programme traineeships and corporate courses.

responsibilities will include:

fully supporting the academy manager with all administration duties of the learner’s journey against all programmes delivered, inclusive of all their paperwork and employer documentation
supporting and complying with the audit and inspection requirements following academy, esfa and other awarding, governing body requirements
supporting the marketing and celebrating of learner’s work and successes
supporting the promotion of reflections training with advertising to widen participation and awareness of the services offered
ensuring all social media platforms are well established in providing a wider awareness of the brand of all programmes offered and monitoring the success.
evaluating and reporting all marketing and recruitment strategies, learner and employer promotions taken
supporting the administration and quality assurance of policies and processes
supporting the office over administration duties
evaluating learner, employer and stakeholder provision and feedback to directors/management
reception cover as and when required within this role so excellent customer service is a must
