Part-time physician assistant - united states, west palm beach

a part-time physician assistant role in palm beach, florida is now available through adecco medical and science.  in this role, you will provide full medical assessment and management, understanding patient history, performing physical exam formulated plan, providing treatment, using non-invasive ultrasound machine, and conducting nursing facility visits.  please note that this a contact-hire position starting in september 2022.  this position will be approximately 8-10 hours per week and the work hours will increase as the patient load permits. you must be available to work monday-friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

responsibilities:

perform patient history and physical exams.

ultrasound screenings.

non-invasive acoustic wave treatments.

coordinate with established primary healthcare provider the best patient outcome.

determine and address the primary impediments of wound healing such as infection, pressure, ischemia, and wound neglect.

qualifications:

active and unrestricted florida physician assistant license.

ideally, an active certification with the national alliance of wound care and ostomy.

must be able to present verification of covid vaccination status and proof of mmr records and physical within one year.
