we are an established london based property lettings company seeking a proactive, experienced office administrator to assist our busy team with daily operations, general ad-hoc admin duties and basic book-keeping.
duties may include:
general admin and filing ensuring day-to-day smooth running of the business answering phone calls and dealing with general enquiries, by phone or email stock management and ordering meet and greet clients prior to appointments liaising with letting agents and tenants regarding tenancy admin queries, renewals, etc. liaising with the maintenance team and contractors – reporting on maintenance jobs invoicing, preparing reports, rent collection charts, updating ledgers and systems organising diary of appointments general book-keeping duties, using xero software package accurate data processing, invoices, receipts, payments and reconciliation work
skills and experience:
applicants must have some previous administrative experience and must be computer literate and proficient in microsoft office applications. some knowledge and/or experience of xero software would be of benefit, or otherwise, a keen interest to learn book-keeping skills and management of the xero package. the role will eventually include xero software system training and the potential to extend hours to full-time.
