Interim finance director - 6 month ftc - remote based - united kingdom, enniskillen, county fermanagh

there are many reasons for needing a quality interim fd - as our current fd is taking on our md role and needs your support for our finance team during that transition, our guess is that this is one of the better ones you might be looking for as the background to your next interim assignment?

who are we? a leading uk manufacturing business in our sector and now part of a forward thinking and acquisitive european group, with three uk sites.

key duties during this six month fixed term contract (possibly subject to extension):

- management of the entire finance function, including ownership of budgeting and forecasting functions

- enhance current reporting pack (divisional, department, customer)

- cashflow and kpi reporting

- evaluate business controls and identify areas for improvement

- last but most certainly not least, use your experience to help develop the team and the department.

what about you?

- you can work fully remotely in the post (uk please) but it might help to be within striking range of our yorkshire plant to help with in person meetings. if not, that's not a deal breaker.

- we're looking at c.£500/day to c.£550/day pay range for the post.

in return, we are looking for:

- a qualified accountant.

- an interim assignment track record at this level.

- demonstrable experience of finance team development.

- any relevant sector experience is clearly a plus.
