consumer dispute resolution via mediation between consumer and retailer
problem solving
understanding the consumer rights act 2015
composing emails responding to complaints
delivering positives /increasing customer satisfaction
compiling reports on trends
skills required:
assertive, good at problem solving and empathetic
strong communication and negotiating skills
professional telephone manner
attention to detail
strong organisational skills
