cleaner required for a property rental company.
we require an experienced, flexible, hard working, trustworthy individual to maintain the cleanliness of the houses, bedrooms, bedding and communal areas by cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, washing and drying bedding to a high standard.
the person will need to be physically fit due to moving furniture to clean behind them. the candidate will also be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the outside gardens to the properties.
the candidate will be expected to work alone for most of the day so communication, loyalty and trust are essential.
all of the properties are close to each other, which helps with the logistics of the job.
start time 9:00 am to 5:00pm approximately 8 hours a day, which will include a 20 minute morning break and a 40 minute lunch break.
days to be agreed. initially 3 days a week and candidates will need to be flexible to cover 5 days a week when the other cleaner is absent.
£9.50 an hour
good references are essential.
