our client offers a broad portfolio of high performance laboratory instruments for many applications across many market segments including pharmaceuticals, chemical, food & beverage, academia and testing labs.

they are looking to recruit a laboratory analytics sales specialist to grow uk sales within target defined high potential accounts and opportunities

key responsibilities include:

* gather account & market knowledge and develop into account penetration strategies

* make full use of provided sales tools, to leverage full sales & marketing benefit

* to develop and maintain successful business relationships with all prospects and customers in a designated geographical area

* to continuously develop personal skills and professionalism through self-analysis in order to attain a superior level of performance

* to demonstrate high standards of self-motivation, enthusiasm, dedication and discipline in pursuit of total quality

* to regularly report business trends and area performance to the sales manager

* to develop and maintain effective business relationships with all internal functions

experience required:

* knowledge of responsible sbu's or proven track record in technology sales

* sales experience within laboratory market and uk customer base

* analytical chemistry experience

* excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
