responsibilities of an account manager:

day-to-day management of client support requestsescalation point for issues, incidents, and staff concernsmonitors the company's performance against agreed slasreviews service performance and implements improvement plansliaises with managers of other departments to ensure operational objectives are metfacilitates regular client reviewscoordinates changes to client pricing e.g. nlw, carrier price reviews, and supplier price changesreviews client financial performance in line with budgetcompiles activity reports and produces client invoicinginvolved revenue assurance and credit controlinvolved in pre-sales consultancy and feasibility studiessupports significant business change; involved with programme and project managementwe welcome applications for this account manager role from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: sales, account management, client support, customer service, sla, service reviews, stakeholders, client relationship, partner manager, bdm, new business.
