we are recruiting for a night guest assistant with a luxury hotel. as the night guest assistant you will ensure the smooth transition of a guests stay from start to finish. you will focus on exceeding guest's expectations and deliver first class, personable service. as this is customer facing focussed, the ideal night guest assistant will make the guest feel welcome from the moment they are greeted, to the end of their stay.

the person

the ideal night guest assistant will have the following:

experience of working in a similar style hotelcustomer focussedbe patient and comfortable working under pressureexcellent communication skills and be approachable front of house personato be willing to learn all hotel amenities and what the hotel has to offerhave the foresight to go above and beyond for the guestsa passion for guest service and delivering with a smile
