your tasks:

- acquire new customers through active market research

- coordination of (new) customer inquiries (leads)

- independent processing of inquiries from our sales representatives and distributors

- creating marketing campaigns to support the generation of new leads

- support and cooperation in the planning and preparation of sales activities, such as trade fairs

- generate quotations and proposals for the sale of our products

- active cross selling of service products to existing and new customers

- responsible for all invoicing and follow up activities

- maintaining existing crm contacts and acquiring customers through renewed contacts

- data maintenance in the erp and crm system

- generating company reports for ongoing sales figures including monthly forecast

- implementation of quality management specifications/processes as well as active contribution to the continuous improvement of departmental processes

what distinguishes you:

- self-initiative, sense of responsibility, reliability and a careful way of working

- an apprenticeship in business administration or equivalent training

- relevant professional experience in inside sales

- basic understanding of technology

- confident in the use of crm and erp systems

- good knowledge of ms office
