responsibilities
general
· perform duties including, but not limited to, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, vacuuming and trash removal.
· clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, dining areas, pantries, restrooms, corridors, and other work areas so that professional standards are met.
· clean rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and/or spot cleaning products.
· clean windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork as necessary.
· dust and clean all glass surfaces.
· dust, clean and/or polish furniture and equipment.
· clean and sanitize silver accessories and metalwork such as door handles, fixtures and frames.
· replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, dishware, silverware, and bathroom items.
· report lights out and general maintenance repairs to facilities coordinator.
