requirements:

this position is entry-level

must have high speed hardware internet (wi-fi/satellite will not work)

internet speed test required – minimum processing speed of 25 mps download and 5 mbps upload required – 50 mps download and 10 mbps upload required if you are sharing your internet connection

strong customer service and problem resolution skills

strong computer skills required to be successful in role

ability to navigate through multiple windows and screens
