$18.50 hr. monday – friday. 8:00- 5:00 pm
job duties:
contact and engage customers
• assist with outreach mail and calls
• handle incoming calls related to reconsiderations, reschedules, no shows, etc.
• responsible for data entry in database for program no shows, reconsiderations, and reschedules
• ensure program approvals are provided
• attend trainings • submit reports timely • other duties as assigned.
requirements:
• high school diploma
• computer literacy required
• ability to multi-task using different programs simultaneously
• strong communications skills
• strong organizational skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
