sf recruitment is excited to be working with a successful business in kettering who are looking for an experienced hire desk co–ordinator to join their team. this is a growing company with opportunity to develop. salary is dependent upon skills and experience and will range from gbp25,000 to gbp31,000 per annum. sociable working hours monday to friday and this is an office–based role. are you an experience hire desk coordinator looking to make a move? do you like to be busy and are you able to multi–task? the ideal person will have a good standard of education with good communication/mathematical skills and a proven track record in the hire/transport industry with hands on experience within a similar role. the role: – communicating with customers and processing hire contracts/bookings. – input and maintenance of contracts on to the companies hire desk software. – fulfilling lines of communication with both senior engineers and the company accountant to progress each contract through from its start to conclusion. – dependent upon the applicant there is a possibility to develop the role into a more robust position within the company, catering for other aspects of the business, such as, the development of the company's social media campaigns. what you'll need – good level of communication skills both written and verbal – previous experience in a similar role, preferably hire/transport industry would be ideal – good it skills, microsoft office, word, excel and outlook – good level of numeracy and literacy – able to work effectively as a team member – able to work to deadlines and to multi–task if you would like to be considered for this post, please apply online today. if this sounds like you, please do get in touch and hope to speak soon! for more information or to apply please email or apply directly via this advert.
