wotton house country estate hotel are looking for a gardener to join the growing team!!!

we are looking for gardener to join our maintenance team, 3 days a week, 24 hours guaranteed!

we are paying £13.50 per hour, every hour worked paid!

to implement the day to day order of works to ensure gardens are at the required standard
liaise with head of facilities on the upkeep and maintenance of estate grounds and gardens
manage all the estate garden areas in accordance with the hotels best practice (beds, borders, hedges, lawns, containers)

to succeed as a gardener, you will need:

to be passionate about delivering great service and have a great understanding of health and safety.
horticulture qualification – nvq 2 or rhs level 2
full driving licence essential
demonstrable managing annuals, perennials, shrubs, etc.
previous experience in identifying plant pest and diseases
experience in using handheld machinery
experience in woodland gardens with chainsaw licence
to be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
