support workers required for our psychotherapy clinic in wantage oxfordshire
£11.50 to £12.62 per hour
khiron clinics is a unique residential clinic which offers an intensive and holistic psychotherapy program for people suffering the effects of trauma.
the purpose of the support workers is to provide high quality care and to assist in identifying the health and social care needs, whilst respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. you will work within a team assisting the residents within the clinic and ensuring the company meet the cqc kloes.
this is a full-time position of 42 or 36 hrs per week on a two-week rolling shift pattern including alternate weekends.
main duties include but are not limited to:
personal care, medication administration, domestic and life skill support, care planning and risk assessing, meal support.
essential skills required for this role include:
previous health and social care experience an advantage but not essential, driving license due to location, gdpr knowledge, confidence with word and excel, good communication skills, good attention to detail, reliability, warmth and boundaries and confident people skills.
