Accounts payable clerk - long-term temporary opportunity - united states, topeka
adecco is recruiting for an experienced accounts payable clerk, managing travel information, and accompanying expenses of employees in the department.
this temporary long-term assignment starts right away and will last 3-6 months.
the assignment is located in downtown topeka.
pay rate: $20.00 per hour
work hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm monday through friday
this position requires working with travel expenses submitted by employees. must follow policies to ensure that travel transactions are appropriate, timely and accurate.
coordinate with procurement to ensure all travel transactions are completed and paid.
responsibilities also include processing, tracking, and maintaining travel related expenses in peoplesoft. entering vouchers to make payments related to travel expenditures. generate reports to track expenses related to travel as well as fleet maintenance costs for use by use by management.
must have attention to detail, provide excellent customer service, and ability to manage many tasks as you move between tasks with changing priorities.
must have strong microsoft excel experience, and managing travel expenses, including the credit card charges with appropriate receipts.
